I started YFY Connect 20 years ago for a simple reason: I loved technology and enjoyed working with it.
I’ve kept the focus on small and medium businesses because I’m a small business owner myself, across several businesses. I know the gap between owners and practical, honest technology advice, and I don’t like it.
Most technology, AI included, is packaged the same way for everyone. But every business, every industry and every owner is different. You don’t need every bell and whistle every time. You need technology fitted to your company, your team, and your own comfort level with it.
That’s how we work today, whether the job is a Microsoft 365 clean-up, a booking system that stops missed calls, or a controlled AI workspace for a law firm.
